"These folks are WONDERFUL. They've cleaned my office carpet for years and also the office upholstery. Recently we had water damage to the carpet from a roof leak . When we came in the next day the office smelled horrific and I thought we might have to close until we could get the carpet replaced. Then I thought to call Richard. He came right away and knew just how to handle it. He said he'd be able to take care of the whole thing over the weekend and sure enough the smell and wet was almost gone the next day. I know it will be just a memory by Monday. He definitely puts the care in carpet care."
