"What an outstanding locally owned company!! I had called about deep divots in my carpet since I never rearrange furniture and belatedly realized how bad they were. Ouch. Instead of trying to sell me a service, however, the owner gave me some DIY advice instead. When those didn't help, he came out and gave it his best shot at a VERY reasonable rate. Great guy and super down to earth! If you need carpet care, don't hesitate to give Eastern Shore a call!"

"Richard was great! He was in and out of my apartment in a hour. Carpets look great and he was able to get majority if not all stains. Price was super reasonable and affordable. 10/10!!"
