"Absolutely marvelous service. Our PCS move got bumped ahead and everything was scheduled with short notice. Richard came with only two business days' notice, was on time, made me comfortable, answered my questions, did a beautiful job on all the carpets in the home, and the price was exactly what he quoted me - no hidden charges or attempts to up-sell me during the job. I highly recommend Eastern Shore Carpet."
