"I can not share enough about what a wonderful experience we had with Eastern Shore Carpet Care. I woke early Saturday morning only to find our senior dog had a terrible accident all over our bedroom carpet. It was such a disaster I didn't even know where to begin. I did a quick search of companies in the area and called the first one (not Eastern Shore). The gentleman told me he would be out around 1pm. By 3:30pm I had not received a response to my two attempts to contact. I began to get worried as this mess was sitting on our carpet and it was getting later on a Saturday. I got back on the search and contacted the next company listed, Eastern Shore Carpet Care. Richard answered and he was great! He made it out to our house within 30 min or so and was ready to go! His customer service exceeded our expectations. He was friendly and funny and I couldn't be happier with the way our carpet turned out. It smells amazing and looks as if nothing happened at all. I would highly recommend Richard and Eastern Shore Carpet Care. He came out when we needed it most . Thank you again for your fast and outstanding service!!!"

"Eastern Shore did a fantastic job! They were easy to reach, showed up on time, priced fairly, and my carpets look and smell great!_I had to send out a large area rug that my little 2 year old potty trainer had peed all over and smelled SO BAD! Anyway it came back with ZERO odor. While they were here I had them clean the carpet in my bedroom where my daughter colored red lipstick into the carpet...they got that stain out too! _They were sooo nice to my kids and me. I would highly recommend them."
