"Really nice guy. He let me vent for a sec about my area rugs and when he learned how much I'd already done, he just told me what to do to try and finish. That I was already pretty much doing what he would've anyway. Will definitely keep him in mind when I need the rest of my furniture cleaned."

"What an outstanding locally owned company!! I had called about deep divots in my carpet since I never rearrange furniture and belatedly realized how bad they were. Ouch. Instead of trying to sell me a service, however, the owner gave me some DIY advice instead. When those didn't help, he came out and gave it his best shot at a VERY reasonable rate. Great guy and super down to earth! If you need carpet care, don't hesitate to give Eastern Shore a call!"
