"Carpet cleaners can be hit and miss but Eastern Shores is a solid hit. Eastern shores is an owner operated company that stands by its service. Richard was very professional, knowledgable and respectful. He treated our home like his own and left everything is perfect condition. Our carpets look fantastic and we are very happy customers. All at a very competitive and reasonable price."

"With 2 little ones and 2 dogs our carpet was a disaster. One of our pups had gotten sick and I wanted to get the carpets cleaned right away. I called and was able to get same day service. The owner had arrived to clean the carpets. He was friendly, professional, and very thorough with his work. Our carpets look brand new, didn't take long to dry, and didnt smell like a bunch of chemicals. I am very impressed by the service I received. I have always used another company but I figured I would try something different. I am glad i did. It was also very reasonably priced. I will be using this company for all my future carpet cleaning needs. :)"
