"We have used Eastern Shore Carpet Care for several years now. Always super friendly and they do a great job. Since our patients are four-legged, stains and odors are always a concern. We have never been disappointed with their work. Whenever I call, they can get us on the schedule ASAP and the prices are more than fair. Highly recommend and will use again!"

"We recently had Richard Sensenig with Eastern Shore Carpet Care clean our office space, and could not be more pleased with the results. He and his crew cleaned 13 offices, carefully moved furniture as needed, and were extremely thorough throughout the entire process.
What impressed us the most was their ability to remove several serious stains that we honestly did not think would come out. The carpets look noticeably refreshed, and the entire space feels cleaner and more professional.
The team was punctual, efficient, and respectful of our workspace, making sure everything was returned to its proper place. Their attention to detail and level of care really stood out.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality carpet cleaning services.

"Best carpet/upholstery cleaner in Craven County. I wouldn't trust my carpets and furniture to anyone else. Richard is kind, professional, and prompt. He also gives discounts to non-profits and churches. Pricing is very reasonable. One way to "buy local" in Craven county is to utilize local services such as these. "
